Returns

  • You may return unworn, unused watches in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

  • The watch must be in the same condition as received, including all tags, manuals, and accessories.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@elitewatcheshub.com with your order details.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned watch, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original watch for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective watch, please contact us immediately at info@elitewatcheshub.com.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
